Brief introduction of Azienda Agricola Sottimano Andrea Sottimano is the winemaker of Azienda Agricola Sottimano and is the son of Rico Sottimano, the owner of this small estate in Neive in the Barbaresco zone in Piemonte.
Sottimano produces:
- Five(!) single vineyard Barbaresco DOCG (Pajore, Cotta, Curra, Fausoni, Basarin) - Barbera d'Alba DOC - Dolcetto d'Alba DOC - and a VdT called Mate, which is 100% brachetto
