This is an international group, and I have no idea where is local for you. However the site

may allow you to find local wines and prices.

Most books that discuss French wines in detail will at least mention Cahors. I believe Decanter has discussed Cahors in the past, but I can not recall the exact issue. Hugh Johnson's Modern Encyclopedia of Wine,

4th ed, pp 218-19, has a brief general discussion of Cahors and brief discussions of some of the leading Cahors producers.
