My wife and I were at a food and wine pairing dinner (or Epicurean Adventure, as it was called) at a nearby restaurant the other day. One of the wines served (with dessert) was a 2010 Chateau Les Mingets Sauternes. We loved it. 2010 was a great year. The wine had a beautiful botrytised nose and wonderful honeyed flavors without being too dull or too cloying. However, we've never heard of Les Mingets before. Obviously it's not a cru classe. But beyond that I can't seem to find anything on it in the few books I have or even online. Anyone know anything about this particular producer and how available (or not) the wine is?
