The components of grapes (quercetin and other polyphenolics) that they cite as the source of the health benefits are also present in wine, and in greater concentration than in grapes due to the evaporation that occurs during fermentation. That being said, whether those compounds make it to the gut when ingested in wine is uncertain. Like many other nutriceuticals, the packaging may be all-important.

And what about raisins?

They should have the same benefits as grapes. The only issue is that they are also quite calorie dense since they concentrate all contents of the grapes.

Usually, jelly is made from juice and jam includes a bit of the actual fruit. But both have a ton of added sugar.
