Sad to say trip is over now! Really great trip. Food and wine very diverse depending upon location in country. Will post some interesting pairings later.
I loved a fresh fruits that were soaked in brandy(eau de viex)... Was some sort of green plum, cherry, apricot...whole fruits...the manager chef said soaked for 2 months of thereabouts. Simply amazing.
