has been a while since I've posted, hope you're all well.
I've just started a wine appreciation course, at Jimmy Watsons in Melbourne. Last night we discussed traditional versus modern winemaking techniques, particularly open vat and stainless steel containers. I'm wondering if anyone knows much about the Grange winemaking process, whether it is made in the traditional style, modern style or with a combination of techniques.
Just for curiosity's sake. :-)
