hopefully you don't brew your wines! This is a newsgroups primarily devoted to commercial wines. I believe the primary wine making group is rec.crafts.winemaking

Yep, Dale's right. rec.crafts.winemaking is the discussion group for making your own wines. Come on over! You can do both though. I just finished racking a batch of Chilean Carmenere Cabernet and a Nero de Avola/Shiraz. Now I'm going to have a glass of 2001 Justin Paso Robles Reserve Cabernet.
