Opened one hour prior to with dinner open faced smoked roast beef with roast potatoes and broccoli and artichoke souffle. Opens with spice and redwood aromas some cocoa as well. Good dark fruit in mouth with spice but no oak in evidence. Tannins still dry but great finish. Dale Scale A- and will hold another 5-7 years and may improve more.
