Hello all,
I'm doing my monthly tight-arse quaffer hunt.
Anyone tried Hardys Voyage Tri Blend red?
" AUSTRALIA'S BEST VALUE RED JUST $5.95 A BOTTLE We recently stumbled across a wine that has gone absolute gangbusters in the UK selling over 400,000 cases since its launch in 2003. Hardys Voyage Tri Blend Red we believe is undoubtedly Australa's Best Value Red Wine. Not only do the Brits love it but Australia's finest wine critic James Halliday voted it in his Top 100 Wines of 2004 knocking over wines up to 10 times its price. Mr Halliday says "..offers the same jaw-dropping quality-for-price as its sister wine, Voyage White" and "remarkable in itself at this price point". Paddy Kendler from The Herald Sun also recently rated it 4 Stars. It is coupled up with its sister white wine Hardys Voyage Tri Blend White which Mr Halliday also applauds. This is a must not only for the everyday wine drinker but also for the serious wine drinker to see what they are missing out on in the under $10 bracket of wines. A case of each on the Christmas table for a bargain price, you'd be mad not to. "
Or actually purchased anything from this place or had anything on the list?
I'm considering buying a case of cleanskins for large scale quaffing. And / or a case of the Hardys voyage tri blend red.
I do enjoy hunting down a quaffer bargain.
Thanks,
Mat.
