Pinot and Chard query

Searching for information on David Bruce Central Coast Pinot 2001 and La Crema Sonoma Chardonnay both received as gifts. What can I expect from these two wines that are a bit fo a mystery for me.

Thanks in advance.

(I would ask if anyone has tried them, but I am sure that someone has)

Although I can't remember tasting those two specifically, I'd expect both to be solid wines, but not top echelon.

David Bruce specializes in Pinot Noir and usually turns out a nice effort - especially his Santa Cruz Estate Bottled - which this isn't. The Central Coast bottling is ~$20. Add at least $10 to that for the Estate, and somewhere in between for the Russian River.

La Crema has been turning out good Chardonnay for decades, but this isn't their Russian River stuff or vineyard designated. It's probably a $12-$15 bottle. HTH
