Check out Becker Vineyards in between Fredricksburg and Stonewall. I'm quite fond of their 04 Reserve Cab-Syrah.
Also, Flat Creek Estate is nice. They are outside of Marble Falls, which is a bit north of F-burg. Their Super Texan is nice I think.
