OK it is April fools day so I thought why not the Sheepswerk that I bought in Delft last year. The label further reas Vicomte de Cabernelle Bordeaux it is a 2001. Ok very low expectation, just hoping for something nice with dinner. We will try it again on Sunday with something very light as this puppy comes across like a very nice rose, which is not a badthing, but it for sure doesn't go well with steak or any other red meat for that matter! Heck it isn't even up to a Pizza more of a salmon salad for lunch wine.
But the bottle has a cool picture of a ship and it was fun browsing in the wine shop (where I bought a pretty decent Vino Nobile for drinking that night.)
