Seifried Gewurtztraminer.

Hello, All!

I'm sure the experts will groan but I had forgotten that New Zealand produced Gewurtzraminers (sorry, St Helier :-) Today, I was persuaded by a wine merchant to try Seifried Nelson 2005 Gewurtztraminer. I liked it immensely: slightly off-dry, fruity and floral, a real Gewurtztraminer unlike many that use the name in the US and I'm going back to get some more. Yes, it did have a Stelvin cap! The bottle states that they have long been famous for Gewurtztraminers but fame does not seem to travel fast!
