Spy Valley SB 2004

This evening's pick to accompany dinner. Quite wonderful. One of the best Marlborough Sauvs I've come across (which is saying a fair bit) - very light, strong fragrance of citrus and tropical fruit, quite herbaceous with a very well-balanced, refreshing palate and a great, lengthy finish.

Picked up a Kim Crawford SB 04 quite recently as well - along with a Crawford Riesling-Traminer blend, and I'll be opening both fairly soon. Can't wait for either.
