I figure a wine group might be helpful for a question about the finish -
I munch on Quest bars before gym sessions, for their low sugar, so the label says.
The taste is acceptable, but it leaves an aftertaste enduring about a half hour. I can taste it on every breath! It's not unpleasant, but weird, unnatural, to last that long.
It must leave a coating on the tongue, that's the only explanation I can surmise. So, anybody suggest an antidote?
