With a dinner of roast chicken tonight, we opened:
2007 Guy Breton Morgon VV nose: muted, pomegranate, slightly meaty palate: high acidity, medium-light body, modest finishJean felt that this wine lacked brightness and seemed tired. I, OTOH, felt that it was at a state of maturity and that it still had a core of red fruit that wasn't at all tired. It was on the lighter side, though, as befits the vintage.
