To celebrate Wales vistory in the Six Nations, I thought I would broach a case of Pipeau 2003.
Deep ruddy purple, big extract. spice and cedarcomplex, soft fruit entrance then lovely rounded tannins and cinnamon fruit, long. A most pleasant suprise, improved over the hours.
Drinking well now and for a few years.
