TN Sarget 1999 at 35000ft

At 35000ft over Black Sea en route to Dubai, in B777-300ER

Chateau Fuisse, Pouilly Fuisse 2005, a pale straw with subdued buttery nose, difficult to elucidate much else, (?Altitude), pleasant freshness and fat balance. long., with medallions of lobster.

Sarget de G-Larose 1999, a deep brooding wine with extract, no age, spice pencil and cedar nose, pleasant soft entry. rounded big tannis and spicy fruit, most pleasant. with filet of lamb.

Had a couple of wines in Kerala, very expensive and not worth it. Destryed by the wonderful Keralan cusine and seafood. Stuck to beer and water. 17 days and only two glasses of Indian Cab, new record for my liver.
