Cuvée Vent du Nord, (Franck Bimont)
Not sure where this came from, I assume it was a gift, and as such had no great hopes for it.
But, this is a wine to look for. (On google it showed up at about CAN$12.)
Crisp chenin, green apple, lime, melon, a little honey. Medium long, quite round and well balanced. Nice with Sole Meunière and salad. (Adele *really* liked it.)
On another note, someone gave us a bottle of Cave de Tain '98 Hermitage. Anyone tried it?
