TN - Hayman & Hill 2003 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

I served this with a 1" thick sirlon grilled with crack pepper & sea salt, grilled yellow squash with Olive oil & provencial herbs, and a baked sweet potatoe.

The color is dark ruby....long legs in the glass. Smells of ripe black cherries and a hint of leather.....the first mouthful had cassis, wild cherries, blackberry, and leaves a nice long finish on the back of your tongue. a solid B/B+.
