Thursday was salmon with the 2006 Jadot (Gagey) ?Baudes? Chambolle-Musigny 1er. Takes quite a while to open, when it does full and rich with moderate acids and tannins. Black cherry and spice, this is rather muscular, and maybe showing more Jadot than Chambolle, but I like. B/B+ with potential.
lobster/corn/tomato 2015 Thomas Morey ?Les Dents de Chiens? Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Young, rich, pear, apple and light almond notes. Balanced acids, good. B+/B
Oysters grey sole rice Swiss Chard, and the 2014 Bize ?Les Perrieres? Bourgogne Blanc. LIght and brisk, tangy ?14 acids, citrus and pear with an almost Chablis-like seashell note. B+
