Shrimp and avocado with a lime dressing NV Lilbert Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Cramant (disgorged summer 2018, 50% 2016, 50% reserve) Elegant, precise, balanced, delicious. B+/A-

Then build your own tacos with the 2020 AIX Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rose. Others liked, light strawberry fruit, straightforward and simple with nothing really on finish. B-/C+

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C drinkable. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a party where it was only choice.Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.
