[c] Pale gold. [N] Minerals, mature fruit, vanilla (oak) [P] Rich and complex - nuts, almonds (even a whiff of bitter almonds), yellow fruit, very rich and lasting. At a semi-posh restaurant in Helsingborg, SEK 395, which by Swedish standards is fairly acceptablet (see what we have to put up with). Great value from one of the minor communes in the Cote d´Or, but from one of the major producers. Self is of the opinion (no humility is expressed in ths statement) that Drouhin seldom does anything wrong.
