With sauteed chicken breast over greens with a lemon dressing, acorn squash, and a tomato/cucumber salad, the 2007 Simon Bize "Les Perrieres" Bourgogne Blanc, I assume this is just outside Savigny, but I could easily mistake for a village Puligny. White fruit, white flowers, some light notes of coconut and vanilla, but certainly not high oak. Medium bodied, good length, quite stony on finish. Quite satisfying for level. B+/B
