To celebrate finding a prospective buyer for my house (which happens infinitely more often than selling my house), I had an excellent lunch and took along a magnum of the aforesaid wine.
It was rather fresh, fruity, still somewhat tannic. Are the 75 cl bottles ready yet, or is this a property of it being a magnum?
