Note: Southern is the largest wine/beer/liquor distributor in the USA. They're fighting tooth-and-nail against the direct shipment of wine to endusers. It seems this new "partnership" could effectively lock up significant retail distribution channels along the whole eastern USA. Are they circling the wagons before a Supreme Court judgment favoring direct shipment?
