Who thinks I will enjoy a glass of Syrah form a bottle that I opened last week and left sitting, recorked, on top of the refrigerator until tonight?
Who thinks I will enjoy the wine with sharp cheddar and Carr's crackers?
I'm bored and up for a gamble.
It will depend solely on your tastes. I doubt that *I* would enjoy it, but who is to know, until one actually samples it.

I would and have done this. The Syrah seemed to hold well, it was 50% empty. I finished the bottle a week or maybe it was 9 days later. hmm. It was fine to my taste buds. But that's me.
