Wine suggestions

Looking for a wine that is not too expensive but really good. Do not care for dry wines but like a sweeter wine. Anyone have any suggestions?

That is a close to impossible request. While one can tell others that

2004 XYZ is drinking well and is blah blah in respect to other years, knowing how sweet "sweeter" is as compared to "dry" wines. Not too expensive another. So I will go on a limb and say try a Riesling like the easy to obtain in the US Chateau St. Michelle. Chenin Blanc would be another varietal that might fill the bill but again who knows?

More information would help.

White? Red? Still (flat)? Sparkling (fizzy)?

Your whereabouts makes a huge difference to anyone trying to assist you.
