A Concord Grape Recipe that worked for me.

I just bottled a Welch's grape wine that came out splendidly - to my surprise. Basically, I made sure that I didn't add any acids to the batch. I added one banana to a 5-gallon batch and a box of rasins. After stabilizing I let it sit for 6 months on franch oak chips medium toast. .

Wow. Sounds interesting. Was it WHITE grape juice? Raisins and banana's sounds like it would add body from what I've read, so this is interesting. I made some concord juice wine, but didn't like it.

It was Welch's Red grape juice. I am thinking I can make a kind of grappa from the rasins that are left over, but i am not sure yet.
