I have found several Banana wine recipes here on the board but have found that there is lots mixed reactions. There are banana peel issues, sweetness issues (I am looking for a semi-sweet to sweet recipe. Other opinions say that banana wine is a waste time.
As I said I am looking for a semi-sweet to sweet banana wine recipe for a 23L batch. Can anyone help?
