I started my frozen concentrate wine 2 1/2 weeks ago. It hasn't bubbled very vigorously since. It was bubbling (in the air lock bubbler) once every 2 sec. Now it's once every 15 sec. The specific gravity has only dropped from
1.075 to 1.065. I've made lots of concentrate wine before and had vigorous bubbling within the week. I've added some lemon juice and some more yeast but still the same. What do I do? Or do I just let it do it's thing?- posted
