Apple Ice Wine

If you have an apple tree, let 'em hang until it gets nice and cold, let the apples freeze, pick them and press them to get a nice sweet, syrupy juice.

A simple shortcut methoud would be to use apple concentrate and make it to an appropriate strength, I've seen a recipe posted here, check the google archives for it. HTH
