Hi everybody I am a small farmer in Victoria Australia who has spent
20 years making collections of wild elderberry trees and selecting the best ones for my farm. I now have 200 trees in the second year of production and would be happy to work with any home wine makers in recipies I have tried and drank with success. I do not want to export berries outside Australia at this stage but have a heap in my freezers for those who want to have a go.cheers Dave
