Good discussion on blush and rose in a recent thread. Has anyone experimented with blending a white with a red wine to create a "blush/rose" effect? Or is that a sacrilegious thought?
The nice thing about home winemaking is that we are limited only by our imagination, creativity and good judgement. I'm hoping to blend a little blueberry (if it turns out) into a red zin that's coming along nicely (assuming the chemistry seems reasonable at that time).
