My Zin this year is just finishing malo after a two-week fermentation. I even drained off 25% of the juice to help concentrate flavors. But the taste & color right now are a bit thin, so I'm thinking I'll need to blend. Anyone have any luck blending specifically with Malbec (the other grape I'm doing)? The Malbec is just starting fermentation, but appears to be more the style of the Zin I was hoping for.
