Bottle Sanitizer

I normally use a commercial sanitizer. I have seen a lot of recipes for a sanitizing solution using K Metabisulfate and some form of acid like citric, and I've seen different ratios used. So, would 1 teaspoon K Metabisulfate and 1/2 teaspoon citric acid to 1 gallon of H2O work as a non-rinse sanitizer for bottles? All measurements are US.

Thanks,

John

I use three tablespoon for kmeta and 1 of citric for a sanitizer. As long as you let your bottle sit for a while I don't believe it will add any appreciable amount of SO2.
