Hi, I am in New Jersey. I am looking to buy or rent or if possible, borrow a destemmer. Nothing fancy, a small batch of wine but do not want to pick each grape off individually. I have tried to let Corrado's do it but the crush them too and the machine is so strong it produces a tremendous amount of pulp and sediment. Can anyone out there in computerland help me out??? I really appreciate any help.

Try Procacci Bros. in South Philly. They've just gotten their grapes in and they stock a full line of "real" equipment...big time presses, destemmers, barrels, etc. They're just off of I-95, exit 17, near the new stadium. They've got a website procaccibros.com.
