grape and berry export-import

We are a company situated in Istanbul, Turkish Republic and seeking deal with you about importation of agricultural products listed below. We assure you to bear any of your costs and expenses beside the price of products. Also we have a request from you about documentation. Since it is required by the Turkish customs regulation, these documents counted are neccessary to draw goods from customs area in to market.

These documents are;

1) Proforma invoice 2) Certificate of origin 3) The Phyto-Sanitary Certificate

The products you ship to us upon your acceptance of our offer, shall bear these documents. Once more, we are willing to meet all of your costs in course of making these documents available on your account. Please pay attention to types and period of times of products. Ages of these products shall not be less or more than the given period of times. In case you accept our offer, we are expecting you to ship products to us not later than the September of year 2005 and as early as around the August of year 2005. When you notify us about your acceptance of our offer, we will discuss any other details of contract with you.
