I have been searching for a dessert wine or like ice wine recipe for apricots or like wise fruit. Please let me know if you have tried something that works or not. Starting SG? Prob be doing about a 11.5 L batch to start as well but can change recipe to work. Also what about sweetening the finished product with honey? anyone tried that? did it work or not?
