malolactic conversion

I remember a few years ago having read in this NG a procedure for checking the progress of Malo without chromatographic paper. If someone has that information, would you please share it? In case you don't, where could I get the chromatographic paper in Canada? I am in Edmonton. Thank you so much, - gA

Or scientific supply stores might also have it. Not sure what's in Edmonton, but the university might have a chemistry supply store so I'd check there.
