Racked the Mango wine the other day (the one that was too sweet) Oh boy, what a difference. Getting dry, loads of flavour and starting to clear (long way to go still) Looks like it may turn out a "keeper". Must get some more bottles and corks soon... Well, in 6 months... Thanks for your help. RexT.

6 months is soon in winemaking. I would think mango would be a good wine but have never made it. Did make lychee and was disappointed in it. Look forward to your report.
