My wife gave me a 23 liter pail of this wine kit for my birthday. I see the pail says " Made with 100% Italian Grape Juice"....but listed on the ingredients label is " Varietal Grape Juice Concentrate" ....and "Sterile Must".... Is this pail really "pure juice" as I was told by the owner of the Wine Supply Store where my wife purchased the kit...??? anybody in this NG that has tried this brand...?? ps..this kit comes from Quebec, Canada.

Hi Sky king, Happy birthday. Sorry but many 20 or 23 litre "juice kits" are no more then cheap wine kits with water added. When you see the words "grape concentrate" on a pail of "juice" go to your local wine and beer supplier and get the wine kit you want. Then you do not have to pay for some person to add water to your wine kit. You just got a wine kit with added water without the instructions. Go get the wine kit; the price is better and infections are none existing. The wild yeast in these "juice pails" will not make good wine. Once you get down to the basics of wine making explore the use of grapes or actual grape juice. Eddie V.
