Hello to everyone,
I am new to this group. I once made a batch of wine many years ago and have forgotten the art. I seem to remember a recipie for rice wine or was it potatoe or both - I can't remember except it was very quick to mature about
2 weeks or 10 days I think but it had to be drunk within 3 months. Anyway if anyone knows of this or similar very quick wines I would be very grateful for FULL information on making it at home. Many thanks, Robin.
