I am new to this group. I once made a batch of wine many years ago and have forgotten the art. I seem to remember a recipie for rice wine or was it potatoe or both - I can't remember except it was very quick to mature about
2 weeks or 10 days I think but it had to be drunk within 3 months. Anyway if anyone knows of this or similar very quick wines I would be very grateful for FULL information on making it at home. Many thanks, Robin.There are even 24 hr wine kits available in UK! Goodness knows what the "wine" produced tastes like!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And there are lots of 7 day kits Mind you they are pretty basic and fairly 'orrible but they are alcoholic!
If people need wine that quickly in the UK, wouldn't it be easier just going to the local wine shoppe and buying a bottle?
