Re: Strawberry Rocket Fuel

The proper way to handle it would be to finish, bottle, and then mail them to me :)

Started 5 gallons of Strawberry wine last night based on Jacks #2 recipe, > followed it to the T. Yet find that I have a Brix of 30 (15%ABV). how much citric acid do you add per gallon..... i know some people say: according to taste, but just wondering what a safe amount might be. I have a strawberry wine I need to doctor up a bit and have been trying to sweeten it using frozen strawberries, and then extracting the juice from them as they thaw. Needs a little more, however.

Also have some apple wine too that needs a bit of zip...

thanks. Rick
