Recipes

As a newbie to wine making I have starting reading library books on the subject, in all I have read so far include the addition of grape concentrate. I have recently started growing a lot of fruit and vegetables on a newly acquired allotment, and wish to make good quality home made wines, where can I find good old fashioned recipes? Can anyone help?

Thanks, Tez.

Tez, A good place to start is Jack Keller's homemade wine site.

I found out about this stuff by accident. start making alcohol with yeast and sugar water and see where it leads you. you can do this for about a dollar.

Jack Keller's site is an excellent place to start. You might also want to find "First Steps in Winemaking" by C.J.J.Berry. It has 150 recipes. If that is not enough you can find his companion book "130 New Winemaking Recipes".
