Rose Hip Wine Question

I have several Bonica roses in my front yard, which are quite prolific in the number of blooms and rose hips produced. Unfortunately, the blooms have no fragrance, hence I won't use the petals for wine. Would the hips from these non-fragrant roses make for good wine?

Probably. The fragrance of the raose has nothing I know of to do with the quality of the rose hip. Try it and see. Go to
