Spray programs

Last year some of you were nice enough to post spraying procedures and timing for eastern Pa vineyards. Since that was in the fall, of course I have lost them. Now that the vines are sprouting leaves, I need to take action. Would one of you who knows what he is doing please repost? Thanks Tim

I'm in NE Ohio. Last year I finally got the black rot under control. I used Mancozeb and this is the only place I could find it:

I actually sprayed my grapes 12 times over the season. When the Japanese beetles hit, just add some K-Mart insecticide to your sprayer. Ken

Hi Tim,

I am also in PA. What area are you in? Have you made wine from your grapes yet? If so, how did it go? I am considering planting some this year. What variety do you have?

Sorry for the delay. I am in the Philadelphia area. Last year was miserable. My chambourcin never got above 16-17 brix. I deacidified, and blended with west coast cabernet. The wine came out very light. In the process I trapped 36 squirrels, 2 raccoons and a possum. The wasps just about did me in though. Tim
