I just wanted to send this note of thanks to all the regular contributors to this group, especially those who answered my getting started questions a few months ago.
Today I bottled a chardonnay that I started from a kit a few months ago. I'm shocked by how good it is. Clear, crisp & dry. After this success, it's going to take extra will power to remain patient with the various reds that I have aging in the basement!
