Wine Log Software version 4.0

Hello all:

I have finished with version 4 of the Wine Log Software I have talked to you about before. Version 4 includes a new section for recipe instructions, thanks to a suggestion by John Doeter, and HTML based reports. I have also completed a history report that several people have asked for. Please feel free to download it at:

As always I will work to correct any bugs and incorporate any suggestions. Thanks

I can see the page just fine at the given address. I wonder if you have typed the address wrong or something? Unfortunately, I can't run this software on my mac so I can't comment on how nice it is. C'est la vie.

Sorry Greg, I have no idea how to port it to MAC. I am a Windows programmer and just learning some UNIX programming; however it will be a while before I know enough to actually port it. I am working on a Web-based version for the future.

That's ok. I understand. Actually M$FT doesn't even give us Access for the Mac, so I suspect it would be very difficult for you to port it over if you are relying on Access architecture.

I think a web-based version, if it follows web standards and doesn't require additional software on the client, would work fine with all platforms.

By they way -- Unix is great! I was so happy when Apple switched to Unix for it's operating system. I can have my mac and unix too!!!
