Saturday ended my beer fast. And as I already posted I needed a Scottish Ale for my recipe. I bought the Belhaven as per recommendations (McEwan's wasn't available). This is my very first Non-Natural Ice beer (don't laugh I'm still young!). Here are my reactions:
- nearly cut my hand cuz it wasn't twist off , god I'm trash ^_^
- beautiful caramel color, wow!
- I got the sense that is was brewed with soft water, very clean and smooth
- I felt that it was too sweet for my taste
- even my burps were better ;)
Thanks to all who recommended this to me. I solemnly vow to try new beer every once in a while and to not drink just to get drunk.....
